Update: Blueprint partners with UAMS to support PTSD screening in rural Arkansas
The Blueprint team is excited to announce a new partnership with the Translational Research Institute at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).
Supported by a pilot grant titled "Digital PTSD Screening and Intervention to Meet Rural Needs" and lead by primary investigator Dr. Sacha McBain, the research study will focus on evaluating the feasibility of using Blueprint to remotely screen for clinically-significant PTSD symptoms among patients receiving care in the UAMS Level 1 Trauma Center.
The study hopes to identify important implementation factors that should be taken into account when conducting digital mental health screening and assessment protocols post-injury. Results from the study will be used to inform the development of a clinical pathway to providing technology-based intervention in an effort to reduce access barriers.
